Hello...is anyone out there? My name is Bailey and I'm looking to get bailed out of here. I'm a white and tan male neutered Australian Shepherd mix about 7 years, and I weigh 52 lbs. I'm kind of spooky until you get to know me so I'm looking for a quiet home with a securely fenced yard and a dedicated owner who will be willing to build a bond and earn my trust. I have met some other dogs here at the shelter and I really like to play with them. My play style is rough & tumble so I need a suitable match. You might say I'm a dog's dog - meaning I could make a great second dog for the right home.

Hi, meet Aurora. She is a shy and slow to warm kitten but once she warms up, there is no getting rid of her. She will follow you though the house rubbing along your legs. She really loves her treats and wet food. Aurora would do best in a house with another cat and does not seem to mind cat friendly dogs. Hi there, my name is Humphrey. I'm a 5-year-old neutered male Chinese Shar-Pei. Did you know Shar-Peis were originally bred as palace guards in China? Who knew I was descended from royalty. I can be a dog that is loyal and loving to my family while being very protective and suspicious of strangers. In general, Shar-Pei do not like to be alone, preferring to be close to their humans, often lying nearby in the same room. Although Shar-Pei are sometimes stubborn, they are receptive to fair, compassionate training. With repetition and a clear reward system, training is not very difficult, however they do not respond well to punishment based training. The shelter recommends respectful kids at least 10 & up based upon his history and no cats in his new home.

I am a very sweet and somewhat rowdy kitten. I play very hard in the morning and in the evening but love to sleep on the bed the rest of the day. I like to be close to my foster mother when it is nap time. I can be a bit timid but not too much. I get along fine with the other cats in the house so I am socialized to get along with other cats. I am a black and grey tabby with wonderful markings on my back and tail. I love to purr when petted. And I love canned food, what a treat. I should settle in to be a very mellow adult cat that should be easy to live with.

The name is Snowflake! Why you ask? Well, because I am so unique of course! I am a hugely atheltic and high octane girl who will need a very active home to keep up with me and make sure I am getting all the exercise I need. I have control of some of my commands, but could really use some more reward-based training to work on manners and impulse control. I love to meet new people, but can be very excitable and physical with meeting everyone, so it is recommended that I go to a home with kids 10 and older. Have another dog in the home? I have a very rough play style but enjoy the company of dogs my size if they can handle that! Small dogs and cats should not be in my new home, though. Hope to see you soon so we can go, go, go! The other times of the day are for play, play, play. I have a pretty steady personality and should settle in well as I grow older. I am super cut with a wonderful white blaze on my nose that makes me so interesting to look at. My foster mother calls me Blaze. I have four white paws and white under my chin and part of my belly but otherwise I am black with short hair. I have an amazingly long and elegant tail, probably my best feature. I am socialized to other cats as I lived as a colony cat for the past month or so. I enjoy other cats. I am clean and very neat. I would love to find a home for Christmas.

Crème is an 11 year old, neutered male and his favorite things to do are chill out and doze, work on his purring skills, and survey the neighborhood outside the window. When he's not head-butting and asking for pets, he is content to just be close by and take a load off next to his human buddy. Crème is not unfamiliar with the concept of "rest and relax" and he has gained weight in his more "slothful" days. He would like a forever home that helps him lose weight and stay slim and trim He also has asthma and takes medication to keep him breathin' easy.
