Princess
Breed: Pitbull, American/ Mastiff
Gender: Female
Age: Adult
Hello, my name is Princess. I am a sweet sensitive mastiff that is looking for a fresh start. I am a little shy at first so I prefer a family with no children under 10, be patient, gentle, active, and interested in using positive training methods to show me what it means to be someone's inside family companion. If you are a first time dog owner then my shelter friends recommend that you take a look at the other dogs here. Despite living as an outside dog and getting into some trouble in my younger years, I know that I have the potential to be someone's loving, loyal and well adjusted new friend. Please come down and meet me. I am around 3 1/2 years old and weigh 48 pounds

Cinder
Breed: Domestic Shorthair/ Mix
Gender: Male
Hello, My name is Cinder. I am a little boy and I was born on 1/21/15. I am ready for adoption but can't actually go home until after my neuter surgery which will be when I'm about 9 weeks old. I came to the shelter with my mom and 5 brothers and sisters. We are all healthy and happy! Keep in mind we are kittens so we have lots of energy. We would all do well in a home with other animals and children. But, since we are little we ask that the children in the house are gentle. We have been living with our foster family in Gresham. If you would like to meet me please email my foster mom to set up an appointment at [email protected]

Preston
Breed: Pitbull, American/ Mix
Gender: Male
Age: Adult
If you are looking for a young dog to add to your home, I am hoping you will choose me. I am a little rough around the edges and need some more training to help me learn how to settle and enjoy things like nail trims and such. I am eager, I like people, and I will work for food! I also need positive interactions with dogs because right now they kind of scare me a little. Reward based training will hope both of us with the task of raising me into adulthood. I hope you ask about me today!

Hi, my name is Girl! I am a spritely older lady, looking for the perfect place to live out my golden years. I enjoy wandering the yard, going on walks, and going to the dog park and I walk very well on leash. I am crate trained! I am affectionate and sweet, and would love to wile away the hours on your lap or by your feet. Rusty (Spunky MCAS)
Breed: Terrier / Mix
Gender: Male
Age: Adult
My name is Spunky and it describes me quite well. I'm a neutered male 3 year old terrier mix who likes to be on the go. I'm definitely not your Grandma's lap dog but I do like attention and to be petted. I can be selective about which dogs I want to be friends. I'm one sharp little cookie who wants regular exercise and some fun stuff to do like a food puzzle, nosework classes or trick training. I like treats so reward based training is the way to go with me. The shelter is recommending kids 10 & up because I do not like to be held and cuddled.

Rascal
Breed: Domestic Shorthair/ Mix
Gender: Male
Age: Adult
We can see how this guy got the name Rascal! He is energetic and opinionated and playful all at once and he is not shy about telling you about it. He can be quiet feisty especially when restrained or nervous so we are recommending an adult only so there are no unfortunate misunderstandings. Rascal is a orange and cream tabby neutered male Domestic Shorthair mix. He is approximately 7 years old and weighs 11.2 lbs. Ask to meet Rascal at the shelter today!

Kuppa
Breed: Labrador Retriever/ Mix
Gender: Male
Age: Young
Hi there! I'm Kuppa and I am quite the extrovert! I love to play and play, and play. Did I mention that I love to play?! I'm 16 months old and well socialized with people and other dogs. I am smart, motivated and would love to adopt a family who doesn't have any cats that would be willing to do some positive training with me! In fact my shelter friends have recommended that I get signed up for a private consultation because I can get a little worried when I think someone may take my food or chewys and have some sensitivites towards being hugged. I am housetrained, was named after the king of Donkey Kong, love riding in cars and enjoy playing fetch. The family that I adopt should be patient, kind and willing to continue the training that I've started here in the shelter. My perfect familly wont have children under the age of 16 because of my sensitivities. Come let me meet you today!
