Look no further! This week, not only are there dogs and cats, but also a guinnea pig named Taco at Multnomah County Animal Services who are in need of a loving home.

Hello from me. Iizzabella! I know the first thing you see when you look at me is my lack of hair, but please remember beauty is only skin deep and inside I'm a very nice dog! I'm about 8 years old and weigh 48lbs. I'm active and playful and love attention. The shelter is working on getting me fixed up so my new owners will need to do some followup at their vet. The shelter recommends respectful kids 12 or older in my new home. I'm a lovely diamond in the rough and deserve a chance at a better life.

They call me Concessca, and I think you've met my kind before. I'm beautiful, flirty, and social. I'm also hauty at times because I'm also insecure. I'm a tortie, so I can be friendly one minute and want nothing to do with you the next - that's sort of our thing. The best home for me is one with no small children, and keeps a fairly regular schedule. I like to stay active, have things to watch out the window, and would love a family that will understand that sometimes I want to be on their lap, cuddling, and sometimes I want to walk away and have some alone time. But you'll always adore me, trust me! It doesn't mean I love them any less. I'm really not having a fun time in the shelter, it's very stressful for a girl like me and I'd like out of here as soon as possible. I'm spayed, 10-years-old, and ready to be your fluffy friend!

They call me Bandit but I'm no thief although I might steal your heart. I'm a 10 year old Boston Terrier and weigh about 12lbs. My adopter should be patient, and give me space to build a trusting relationship with anyone in my new family. I have been very interested in chasing rabbits so no cats or other small animals in my home is also recommended. If you are looking for a reading or tv buddy, I might just fit the bill!
