Pedestrian Critically Injured in Linn County Crash

Oregon State Police responded to a vehicle-pedestrian crash on Highway 34 in Linn County at roughly 1:30 AM.
The OSP’s investigation indicated that Adrean Antoniono Magana, 18, was driving a 2000 Chevy Impala eastbound on Highway 34 when he collided with a pedestrian.
The pedestrian was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis for the treatment of life-threatening injuries before being transferred to Legacy Emanuel in Portland. Magna and his were uninjured.
Magna charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another. Other charges are still being investigated.
