Olympia Provisions Hosts Greek-Inspired Loukanika Dinner

On the last Sunday of each month, Olympia Provisions hosts a dinner that revolves around their “salami of the month.” But this Sunday, July 26th, Olympia Provisions' is hosting a Greek-inspired Loukanika Dinner that comes with two options. Diners may choose either the $55 dinner that includes gratuity or the $85 dinner that includes gratuity and wine pairings.

The dinner includes charcuterie, vegetables, stuffed mussels, fried greek meatballs, a turkish lentil salad, baked whole fish filets, and a dessert of baklava and scoops of Lemon Rosewater Sorbet. 

This dinner does require reservations, so please click HERE if interested. 

A list of the types of salami featured in the rest of this year's dinners is below:

August - Saucisson d’Alsace
September - Chorizo Rioja
October - Sopressatta
November - Salchichon
December - Nola
