The IAAF suspended Russian track and field athletes from competition in November after a WADA report exposed a systematic, state-sponsored doping scandal among Russian sports officials.
In a bid to overturn the ban, Russia announced a series of reforms aimed at eliminating and spreading awareness about doping to its athletes. However, at a meeting in Vienna the IAAF refused to lift the ban.
