Oregon is the 10th most politically engaged state in the U.S., according to a study by WalletHub

The study ranked the 50 states and D.C. based on six key metrics, ranging from the percentage of registered voters in the 2012 presidential election to the total political contributions per adult population.

See Slides Below: The Top 10 Most Politically Engaged States

Our Northwest neighbor Washington ranked just two spots behind Oregon at number 12, but our other neighbor California doesn't appear to be very politcally engaged, holding the number 38 spot.

Oregon also ranked number three for states with the highest percentage of citizens who voted in the 2010 Midterm elections.

Oregon's 2014 midterm elections are less than a week away, (Tues. Nov. 4), so all you politically engaged Oregonians, get out and vote.
