Portland Saturday Market
If you truly want to experience everything Portland has to offer you can’t miss out on the Saturday Market. This market is one of the largest continually operating arts-and-crafts fair in the United States. No matter what you’re looking for, you will be able find it at the Saturday Market.

World Naked Bike Ride
This week around 10,000 cyclists will take the streets of Portland…naked. This bike ride is a protest against our society’s dependence on pollution-based transportation. They also want to highlight vulnerability that cyclists everywhere face. If you’re willing to bare it all, get your bike and head out to Colonel Summers Park this Saturday.

Playground! The 9th Annual Free Park Party
Nothing is better than free! On Sunday there will be a free party in Cathedral Park, which will celebrate the summer season. There will be ambient, chillout, electronica, house, nu-disco and techno music for guests to enjoy and dance to. As of now, the temperature could reach 100 degrees so don’t forget to bring extra sunscreen and plenty of water.

Peacock In The Park
Peacock In The Park, a summertime variety show, will be returning to the Washington Park Ampitheater. This family-friendly event will include live music, drag entertainers and dancers. All the money that's raised from this event will go towards the Audria M. Edwards Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund helps support LGBTQ students who have aspirations of attending college.

Portland Timbers Vs. Seattle Sounders
The last time the Timbers faced the Sounders tempers ran high for both teams. Unfortunately for the Sounders they had to finish the match with only 7 players following several ejections. If the Timbers have any hope of extending their current win streak they’ll have to go through their Northwest rival once again.
