Portland is the 5th most popular city for college grads, according to Business Insider

City Observatory report released Monday found that more college-educated young people are flocking to cities instead of suburbs.Well-educated young adults are 126% more likely to move to a city after college than they were in 2000, according to the report. The number of Portland residents ages 25-34 grew 37 percent between 2000 and 2012, landing it the number five spot. 

A recent Washington Post article explains how Portland's appeal to Millenials has been decades in the making.
