Friday, just hours after embattled Governor John Kitzhaber announced he would resign his post, Oregon's Department of Administrative Services was served a comprehensive subpoena into outgoing governor and his fiancee, Cylvia Hayes.

U.S. Attorney Amanda Marshall issued the Grand Jury subpoena Feb. 12, requesting all paper and electronic information, records and documents relating to Kitzhaber and Hayes, dating back to Jan. 1, 2009.

The department has until March 10, 2015 to supply the records.

Eleven state departments, seven non-profit agencies that awarded Hayes contracts between 2009 and 2014, and 17 additional state staff are listed. The initiatives Hayes' consulting firm, 3E Strategies, worked on are also included.
