Reward for “Foul Mouth Bandit” Now $5,000

Foul Mouth Bandit

The Portland Police and the Financial Institution Security Task Force are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect involved in several robberies of financial institutions in the Portland area. 

Detectives nicknamed him the "Foul Mouth Bandit" due to the language he uses during the robberies. 

is described as a Black male, 30 to 49 years old, 5'10" tall, 185 pounds, with a medium complexion, and a heavy build. The suspect wears glasses and generally wears a hooded sweatshirt and baseball cap during the robberies. The suspect has implied that he's armed with a gun but no gun has actually been seen in any of the robberies. 

The suspect is believed to be responsible for four robberies at financial institutions: 

  • April 3 at OnPoint Credit Union -- 1720 Northeast 9th Avenue 
  • April 4 at Wells Fargo Bank -- 5730 Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard 
  • April 7 at Bank of the West -- 905 Northeast Halsey Street 
  • April 7 at Advantis Credit Union -- 3515 Northeast 15th Avenue
