Portland Police Identify Victim & Suspect in Fatal Gentleman’s Club Stabbing

Police arrested 23-year-old Rinita Linelle Lowe immediately after the incident. Lowe ran from the scene and was chased by club security into a 7-Eleven Store where she was arrested by two officers getting coffee.
Detectives learned that the victim and suspect knew each other and were involved in an argument with each other inside the club prior to the stabbing.
Lowe was booked on charges of murder and unlawful use of a weapon.
The Incident
On Wednesday, June 15, North Precint officers responded to the report of a stabbing at Skinn Gentlemen's Club.
Officers quickly arrived in the area and located a female victim suffering from traumatic injuries. Medical personnel responded but were unable to save the victim and she died at the scene.
Police arrested one person (Lowe), near the scene.
