Attention college students in Portland. 

Rudy's Barbershop is offering its own "college prep" class by providing free haircuts at their Portland location on Mississippi Avenue on September 13 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

The offer is open to any college student who presents a valid student photo identification card through its "Cuts for College" campaign.
