Elvis

Breed: American Pitbull/ Mix

Gender: Male

Age: Adult

Hi there! My name is Elvis and I'm the king of rump rubs! Gosh I enjoy having mine rubbed. I hope you like giving rubs because if you don't I will rub my booty on you until you do! HAHA! I can be a little shy at first, but that's the key to my heart, oh and tennis balls too. Yes, I love tennis balls. Can you fit two in your mouth? I can! Snuggles are awesome too! I can't wait to curl up next to my people by the warm fireplace. I am a pretty calm boy for the most part, but will need to still get some good daily exercise and playtime, cause I could lose a few pounds. I came to the shelter with some missing hair and am currently being treated for infections in my ears. This could be caused by an allergy to fleas, food, or something in the environment. You will need to speak with your Veterinarian about the best treatment for me. If you're ready for a bubbly, cuddlebug then come and meet me today! I am about 5 years old and weigh 62 pounds.

Won't you ask about me today?

Jackson

Breed: Australian Sheppard/ Mix

Gender: Male

Age: Adult

Hi! My name is Jackson. Are you looking for a new mellow best friend? If that's the case, then come down to see me! I am more into my golden years at this point, and my hips are not what they used to be, but even with that I still like to get out and explore, and could some medium-length walks to get some of this extra weight off of me. I am good with meeting other dogs, and really like to meet new people! My new adopters should know that I am not a big fan of sharing my food, with people or dogs, so the shelter is requiring a home without any children under 10. I am also uncomfortable with having my legs handled. Working with a trainer using positive methods to help me learn that good things happen is highly recommended. I am 7 years old and weigh 75 pounds.

Mya

Breed: American Shelter Dog

Gender: Female

Age: Baby

Hey everybody! My name is Mya and I'm looking for a family that will take me into their hearts and show me what it's like to feel loved. I'm not sure why I ended up here at the shelter, but I was probably an unwanted Christmas present. It's ok though, I know I will find my furever home here. I am a busy girl that is going to need lots of exercise and toys. The shelter is HIGHLY recommending that we attend reward based classes together, so I can gain some good manners and be a great companion. I love to give kisses, but be careful. Sometimes I get a little too excited and will scrape my little needles on you. I still have my baby teeth, so I am going to be a big girl when I grow up. At months old, I already weigh 19 pounds. If you a prepared to take on a pup, come on down and meet me today!

Ginger Snap

Breed: Domestic Medium Hair/ Mix

Gender: Female

Age: Adult

Ginger Snap here, so nice to see you looking at me! I am a beautiful Torbie, that's a tabby and tortoiseshell combined. As my name indicates I am spicy! At around 5 years old I know what I like and what I don't. I prefer to approach you for cuddle time, winding myself around your legs is a signal that I am in the lap mood. Due to my discerning purrsonality the shelter requires I go to a home with older respectful children, say 10 years and Up. Take the time to say Hello I am sure you will fall in love.

Hi there, my name is Funny Face - actually people say I have a very interesting face. I'm a 3-year-old Pitbull mix and weigh a compact 50lbs. I like to use my nose and I would love it if my new home wanted to do nosework or tracking classes with me. Because I find smells so very interesting, please don't allow me off leash until we both know for sure I can resist temptation and come back when I'm called.

Izzy

Breed: Domestic Shorthair/ Mix

Gender: Female

Age: Adult

Hello, Izzy is my name - so nice to meet you! I am 3 and 1/2 years old and already spayed. It has taken me awhile to settle in here but my previous guardians had many sweet things to say about me. I'm playful, active, talkative, like to sit in laps, and am treat motivated! I lived with another cat but would really prefer to be the only feline Diva in the household. I don't like to be picked up, I prefer to come to you for my cuddles. Hence, children in my new home need to be 10-yars-old and up. Please come meet me today, I think we'll get along great!

Clementine

Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/ Mix

Gender: Female

Age: Adult

Hello, my name is Clementine. Are you looking for a mature dog who still has pep in her step, but also can enjoy some snuggles? Please come down and meet me. I am good with all sizes of dogs, good with confident cats, love people, and my owner was deeply saddened to give me up. I am housetrained, crate trained, like to go for walks, sleep in the bed, and be where the action is. Age is just a number, right? The shelter is asking that I live on the ground floor so I don't have to climb too many steps! Well I am around 11 years old and weigh in at 60 pounds. Maybe we could get on an exercise plan together for a more healthier lifestyle? Come down and ask to meet me today!

Trooper

Breed: Domestic Shorthair/ Mix

Gender: Male

Age: Adult

My name is Trooper and if I was a girl the staff person who takes care of me would call me "Chatty Cathy". What I'm really saying is "Hey look at me, I want to get adopted". I'm an attractive 3-year-old male domestic short hair but my staff person laughingly calls me a dog cat. I follow her around whenever I get a chance and supervise her. I have a cleft palate which doesn't require any medication or surgery, but the shelter vet recommends an indoor only home for me because I could be prone to getting kitty colds if I go out. That's okay I'd rather be around my people.
