My name is Sweeny and I'm a 10 year old male Beagle. I came here with my pal Razzle who has since been adopted. We followed our noses and it got us here. Now I'm looking for a home to call my own. I'm a true Beagle, in other words when the nose is in operation, the ears don't so well. That means I might be so intent on chasing down an interesting smell that I won't hear you calling me. I would love a home with a fenced yard and someone to take me on walks. I would probably do best in a home with another canine friend or an owner who can be with me a lot. Hi there! My name is Elvis and I'm the king of rump rubs! Gosh I enjoy having mine rubbed. I hope you like giving rubs because if you don't I will rub my booty on you until you do! HAHA! I can be a little shy at first, but that's the key to my heart. I love sticks and tennis balls but can chew them up so hard rubber balls are much better. Snuggles are awesome too! I can't wait to curl up next to my people by the warm fireplace. I am a pretty calm boy for the most part, but will need to still get some good daily exercise and playtime, cause I could lose a few pounds. I am working on some fear issues I have with my kennel and I am a little nervous around strange men. However, I do warm up to the men in my life with slow and possitive introductions. I came to the shelter with some missing hair and am currently being treated for infections in my ears. This could be caused by an allergy to fleas, food, or something in the environment. You will need to speak with your Veterinarian about the best treatment for me. I think I would do best in a home with kids 10 and older. Hugo is a rather exotic-looking, lean tabby who came to the shelter to find a home. He's a neutered, 10-year-old male who takes a bit to adapt to change. He's the guy who still has his 10-year-old flip phone and doesn't want to upgrade. But he's also the same guy who likes to chill on the La-Z-Boy sofa with you and munch on popcorn. So, he's been a little anxious here and sometimes a little grumpy when he's nervous. But when he realizes all is well, he's a friendly and affectionate guy.
