To celebrate, the gourmet ice cream shop will serve a limited run of handmade ice cream sandwhich using Samoas cookies.
This week, the Portland based ice cream shop,
Ruby Jewel, partners with
Girl Scouts and
New Seasons Market to bring Portland some tasty treats.
As of Feb. 25, Ruby Jewel and New Seasons are serving locals a unique birthday cake ice cream flavor to celebrate New Seasons’ 15th anniversary.
Ruby Jewel revealed that they will serve a chocolate cake with delicious salted caramel ice-cream hidden in the middle.
That’s not all, though.
Ruby Jewel is celebrating the 40th anniversary of Samoas cookies with the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington, February 27 - March 1.
To celebrate, the gourmet ice cream shop will serve a limited run of handmade ice cream sandwhich using Samoas cookies.
Their special menu will also consist of scoops of caramel ice cream with crushed samoas cookies nestled inside.
In addition to enjoying these special treats, patrons will be supporting their local Girl Scouts as they celebrate National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend.
Celebrate this weekend at either of Ruby Jewel’s locations at 3713 N. Mississippi Ave. Portland or 428 SW 12th Avenue in downtown Portland.
