This March, Portland plans to keep up its tradition of hosting Dining Month, the perfect event for foodies on a budget.

The tradition began in 2009 and allows individuals with a curious palate to try out participating restaurants serving three-course meals for just $29.

Ranging from casual to formal, over a hundred restaurants will open their doors and offer their most creative and delicious meals.

Higgins, Huber’s Café, Papa Haydn and 3 Doors Down are just some of the well known and established participating restaurants.

There’s also some newbies in the mix that are quickly garnering the approval of Portland’s food connoisseurs.

Some of the new restaurants participating are Levant, Fireside, and Xico.

Donations will be made to The Oregon Food Bank for every reservation that is made through OpenTable.
