Portland Threads is GoLocalPDX's weekly review of what Portlanders are wearing on the streets.

Portlanders, tourists, and transplants dressed for this winter weather in popping colors, subtle detailed coats, and chunky cardigans.

A student wears a popping red coat from Saks Fifth Avenue, and pairs it with some scuffed up boyfriend jeans.

A chunky grey and white speckled cardigan resembles a cozy blanket when worn on a petite intern wandering through the streets of her new neighborhood.
