Later, Roberts and his pet python, Damien, developed rivalries between wrestlers like The Honky Tonk Man and Andre the Giant, according to Roberts' website.
Unfortunately, Roberts lost nearly everything when, several years after his rise stardom, he developed severe dependencies on drugs and alcohol. Losing millions of dollars and connection with his loved ones, Roberts desperately needed help finding his path in life again.
Detailing Roberts journey of redemption, “The Resurrection of Jake The Snake Roberts” shows how Roberts and his friend “Diamond” Dallas Page were able to overcome Robert’s demons and find the inspiration to live a good life again.
Attending the screening will be a once in a lifetime experience as Jake “The Snake,” "Diamond" Dallas Page, and the director of the film, Steve Yu, will all be present for a Q&A moderated by UFC superstar Chael Sonnen.
