Firewall: A Bold Dance and Technology Performance Presented by BodyVox

Dance, illusion, and technology combine for BodyVox’s new winter production Firewall, starting December 4th. 

The new production by Jamey Hampton and Ashley Roland, will center around a reality of optical deception, by utilizing magician like manipulation and forced perspective.

The show will merge richly layered laser light technology, blue screens, projections, and scenic sound elements designed by Michael Curry studios and Mark LaPierre. 

Performing Arts dance company, BodyVox was founded in 1997 and is led by Emmy-Award winning choreographers Jamey Hampton and Ashley Roland. BodyVox is known for combining dance, theater, and film. creating witty and breathtaking performances. The company has toured the world and created 9 award winning films, and 20 original shows.  

The visually spectacular and mind bending show runs December 4 through December 20 at the BodyVox Dance Center, 1201 NW 17th Avenue in Portland.
